The Baby

I got a nice little email from my old buddy Mr. Clay Moore (of Charlotte North Carolina Clay Moore — there are so many of them!). He's an awesome comic artist, avid gamer, and aficionado/star/director of awesomely quirky "b-style" horror movies.

We miss his driving prowess, awesome character sketches, and general good-natured scariness up here on the mountain to be sure!

But yeah, got an email from Clay with a link to his latest creation, and first ever shot at a 'lil horror short film that he made down in the good ole Queen City with some of his family and friends. After peeping my long-time T.V. crush (and my daughter's quasi-namesake) miss Danica McKellar in the aptly named poopyfied horror film Hack! last night, it was quite refreshing to peep upon a cute little horror short which I could say must be the first horror film I'd ever consider poignant. Little Timmy (Clay's adorable daughter) just steals the show!

So CLICK, don't walk, right on over to the film, The Baby right now and check it out. Go ahead and give Clay and crew some creepy love while you're at it, and vote that mutha up!

As only he and a select group of old BTE diehards would appreciate, this is Tom to base...Tom to base...I've just been physically assaulted by a goddamned zombie on Bluejay lane while trying to deliver Hunan ticket 4042! I'm bleeding profusely...ayyghhh aaaghh ahh...Tom to base... she wants to know how I'm doin' tahnahhght... signing off, and bringing it in.

Great work, Clay. Kick butt in the contest, and I hope to see you soon man!
